We have an obsessive approach towards quality manufacturing which ensures premium value to our customers whilst maintaining strict controls from the receipt of raw materials right up to delivery of our finished products. We have invested in advanced training of our qualified employees who are responsible for the implementation of these systems.

Our quality management system allows for consistent standards and a high quality of our products.

Our materials and additives such as pigments and stabilisers are Heavy Metal Free (HMF-) as well as REACH and ROHS compliant.

(REACH is a regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. Our REACH Certificate of Compliance is a document certifying that our products are compliant with the EU REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006)

Alpha Plast is a founding member of the South African Vinyls Association which was formed in 2011 and represents the entire value chain of the local PVC industry and strives towards an environmentally responsible and pro-active vinyls industry in South Africa.

LAB QUALITY TESTING

Our onsite laboratory conducts daily routine tests on all materials produced to ensure our products meet our stringent quality standards before leaving the factory floor. This Lab also provides us with the ability to run a number of test-trials based on customer samples in accordance with their application until we reach final collective approval.

We are currently investing in upgrades to both the lab facility as well as lab equipment which will further enhance our testing capabilities.
