INJECTION MOULDING

Injection Moulding is a manufacturing process that allows for products or parts to be produced in large volumes and is achieved by injecting thermoplastics and thermosetting polymers into a mould as a mass production process to produce thousands of identical items (generally solid objects).

We have developed customer-specific solutions for special requirements (including good electrical conductivity, high chemical resistance and optimal fire behaviour) supplying our granules to a number of customers across a vast range of injection moulding applications.

EXTRUSION

Plastic Extrusion is also a high-volume manufacturing process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile. Extrusion produces items ranging from pipes, window frames, plastic films and sheeting as well as wire insulation.

Our granules are the best choice for products manufactured by the extrusion method and can accommodate different profile geometries as well as high production speeds including wire and cable sheathing, construction and furniture profiles, technical profiles, window profiles, cable ducts, tubes, sealing profiles and hoses.
